How long will it take for my client to see results?

This will depend on the strength of your website, the competition on the key phrases selected, and their present stand on search results. No matter where your clients start, we will help them improve their rankings each month. Improved rankings will eventually turn into an increase in organic website traffic to their website. Most websites see positive results within 3-6 months.

Do your SEO efforts reflect the most up-to-date search ranking algorithms?

Yes! We keep a close eye on the latest SEO trends and upcoming algorithm changes Google releases. We are continuously adapting our strategies around the changes in algorithms and following best practices so that your clients' rankings are continuously being optimized.

What SEO tools does your team use?

We use a variety of tools for different SEO functions - both premium and free tools! The premium tools we use include SEMrush, Ahref, SEO Powersuit, and SE Ranking. We also utilize a few free SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Keyword Planner.

How will you communicate with me on the status of work being done?

We promise to always keep you informed and in the know about what's going on with your client's project. We'll update your shared Google Doc to share status updates on your content and reports being created. Our team is also available Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM ET at info@impactdms.com or on our Contact Us page. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

How can I contact IMPACT if I have any questions?

Security

What do you do with my clients' information?

We keep your client's information safe! We do not share or sell any information we collect on behalf of your client. We will not contact or solicit them. The only time your client will know about us is if you personally request us to contact them on your behalf.

What do you do with my agency's information?

We keep your information safe and do not sell it to any outside parties. Once you become a partner, we will add you to our monthly newsletter distribution list - which you may unsubscribe from at any time.

Onboarding

What information do you need from my client?

Because we take a full approach to your clients' SEO needs, we need Admin access to their website, access to their Google Analytics account, access to their Google WebMaster account, and access to their Google My Business account (if applicable). If they do not have a Google Analytics or Google Webmaster account created, we will create one for them. We will also ask for general information such as: the address, business name, desired keywords, and website. This information will be collected in the client onboarding questionnaire.

Prospecting

Is there a limit on how many site analysis reports I can request?

We don't want to limit you, but these audits do require some time for our team to build out since they're custom-tailored for each of your prospects. We will continue to create these reports for you as long as you continue to partner with us!

What if I don't have any clients, yet?

It's OK! You don't need to be a big agency to partner with us. We'll gladly take you on as a partner to help you land your first SEO client. Our goal is to make you successful and continue to help grow your agency!

Do I need SEO experience?

No, you don't need any SEO experience. What's nice about having us as a SEO white label partner, you don't need to know anything technical about SEO. We handle all the backend work, while you focus on selling the services. If you're a novice with talking the SEO talk, we'll bring you up to speed in no time with our sales templates, reports, and training videos so you can sell confidently. If your client asks you a question you don't know the answer to, simply reach out to our support team for assistance.

Does the IMPACT team have the bandwidth to handle all our SEO clients?

Account / Billing

How will I be billed?

When you sign up a client for the first time, you will be asked to enter your credit card information. You will be charged for the first month that day and will be automatically set to charge your card again each month on that day of the month - unless canceled.

How do I cancel a subscription for a client?

If you want to cancel a client's subscription, it's easy! Simply let us know through an email at info@impactdms.com or submit a request, here. If you can let us know the reason why, we may be able to help. We'll be happy to help you in any way so that you can retain your clients and keep them happy in the long run.
